Tonight’s game at Gigg Lane against Pilkington has been called off as the pitch is waterlogged.
Persistent spells of rain throughout the day have put paid to the game, with the ground staff facing a battle to manage the amount of rain, on top of an already saturated playing surface, which left standing water in many areas.
Tickets will be held over to the re-arranged game and we will be in touch once we know when that is.
